Special Use Groups are not permitted to arrive during facility’s designated Free Swim Hours and $1 Family Swim.

Payment Preference

$1 per child (ages 5-17), $2.25 per adult.
Pay onsite with credit card or cash (checks are not accepted)

Policies must be reviewed and completed prior to submitting the form.

I understand this form serves as an inquiry and does not guarantee entrance into the facility.

I understand that all required ratios of chaperones to children must be met to be granted entrance into the facility.
