Notice of Intention to Amend Citywide Utility Rates

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Regular Meeting of the Chandler City Council to be held in the Council Chambers, 88 E. Chicago Street, on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., it is the City Council’s intention to amend certain Water, Wastewater and Reclaimed Water, and Solid Waste utility rates which would be effective January 4, 2027. A Public Hearing will also be held on Thursday October 15, 2026, at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chambers, 88 E. Chicago Street at 6:00 p.m. to hear and receive written comments regarding the proposed adjustment to certain Water, Wastewater, Reclaimed Water and Solid Waste rates.

A copy of the documents supporting the adjustment will be available in the office of the City Clerk commencing August 14, 2026 and these documents are available online at 2027 Utility Rate Changes.

Citywide Fee Schedule 

A copy of the approved Citywide Fee Schedule and documents supporting the adjustment are also available in the office of the City Clerk.
