CHANDLER, Ariz. – Developers from across the region are invited to attend the Downtown Developer Summit, an exclusive event highlighting the unique and emerging infill development opportunities in Downtown Chandler. Hosted by the City of Chandler, the summit will take place on Friday, Jan. 30, from 9 a.m. to noon at the ASU Innovation Center, 249 E. Chicago St.
This half-day event will provide an in-depth look at development opportunities ranging from adaptive reuse and missing middle housing to new construction. Attendees will gain insights into how Downtown Chandler is positioned for thoughtful growth, long-term value and high-performing real estate assets.
The summit will feature a panel of experienced downtown developers who will share real-world perspectives on adaptive reuse, navigating urban projects and building successful developments in a dynamic downtown environment.
In addition to the panel discussion, the event also offers valuable networking opportunities with fellow developers, industry professionals and community stakeholders from across the region. Light refreshments will be provided.
