Warner Road & Coronado Street Sewer Repair Project
The City of Chandler has contracted with B&F Contracting to conduct a sewer repair in the south side of Warner Road at Coronado Street.
Construction is scheduled to begin July 11 for about two weeks for crews to remove and replace approximately 40 feet of sewer pipeline in
Warner Road. To accommodate this work, Warner Road will remain open for travel, reduced to one lane in each direction, with traffic shifted away from the work activity. Coronado Street will be closed at Warner Road with no access to or from Warner Road. Detour signage will be in place to assist travelers around the work zone.
Work will take place during daytime hours, weekdays; however, traffic control will remain in place even during non-work hours to protect the work zone. Resident access will be maintained, and residential services should not be interrupted. Thank you for your patience during this work.
