Chandler is committed to embracing global technology that will offer enhanced opportunities for our residents and businesses, which is why I sponsored a budget amendment for $30,000 to set aside for Smart City initiatives. Through investing in infrastructure, piloting new Smart City programs and leveraging partnerships and funding sources, this amendment will allow the City to identify through the course of the year projects that will optimize efficiency and efficacy of services provided to Chandler residents.
