Voices of Chandler, The Podcast highlights Hispanic Heritage Month. Host Melina Zuniga provides the opportunity to learn some fascinating stories about Latino leaders in our community via the podcast and the People of Chandler video series.
In an “Unapologetically Diverse” segment, Adrianna Tusek Erickson talks to Lavaughan Ballesteros, a Chandler native and Site Lead at Galveston Elementary with ICAN Positive Programs for Youth. ICAN is a nonprofit after school program where kids can learn life skills. Their programs, and dinner, are free of charge.
In the “Backstage at the Center” segment, Cynde Cerf talks to Paul Sinclair from Get the Led Out, a Led Zeppelin tribute band. He talks about his love of music, how he turned it into a career and the importance of playing music that means so much to their audiences, including the Chandler Center for the Arts audience on Sept. 24.
