Follow these step-by-step instructions to complete your business registration renewal.
Step 1
Hover your cursor over Business, select Business Registration or Short-Term Rental Renewal
Step 2
You will need to have a username and password to log into the business registration system.
- Select: Link my business with the PIN code I received in the mail
- Enter your customer number and pin sent with your renewal notice, select Submit
- Your business entities will be displayed, select the “Renew Licenses” button on the business entity you wish to renew.
Each section must be verified.
- Review the “Entity information” and update as needed. Select Update Information.
- Review the “Contacts information” and update as needed. Select Update Contacts.
- You will need to verify the information is correct by checking the red box.
- Review the “Location information” and update as needed. Select Update Information.
- Enter Landlord Contact information when renting location, email is required. Select Update Contacts
- You will need to verify the information is correct by checking the red box.
- If you would like a copy of this information for your records, print before continuing to the next step.
- Select Continue to Renew.
- Put a check in “renew all or each individual license to renew”.
- Select Continue to Renew.
- You will receive this message:
- The following renewal application(s) have been received:
Business Registration with Fee
- The following renewal application(s) have been received:
- Select: Go to Payments
- On the “Unpaid Tab”, select the Location/License you wish to pay and select: Pay Now
- Verify the total due in Payment Summary and select your method of payment in the drop-down
- Select: Continue to Payment Information
- Depending on which drop-down you selected for the payment method, you will be asked to enter your payment information.
- Select: Continue to Renew Payment.
- You will be able to review your payment information before submitting.
