The Planning and Zoning Commission makes recommendations to City Council on matters of zoning and rezoning property and development and land use requests. The Commission also recommends plans consistent with future growth and development. It also serves as the Design Review Committee.
Meetings are usually held at 5:30 p.m. on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of every month at the Chandler City Council Chambers, 88 E. Chicago St., Chandler AZ 85225.
