State law defines Council subcommittees as entities subject to the requirements of the Open Meeting Law. In accordance with those laws, the Subcommittee meetings are notified to the public. There are three specific members of the City Council who will be deliberating or discussing the items on the agenda in order to recommend action or consideration of the full Council.
While the meeting is open to public attendance, it is not open to participation by the audience.
