As part of an ongoing effort to make election and candidate processes simpler and more transparent, the City Clerk’s Office is making it easier for candidates, political action committees, and the public to access campaign finance information.
File a Campaign Finance Report
All campaign finance reports can now be filed online using Easy Campaign Finance by EasyVote Solutions. Candidates and committees can submit campaign finance reports through the city’s web-based platform. Residents will also be able to view and search filed reports.

Active Committees Owing Penalties Pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-928(C)
HB 2874 was signed by Governor Hobbs on June 22, 2026. The bill amended sections 16-928, 16-934, and 16-937. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-928(C), below is a list of all active committees that owe penalties for late filing of reports.
