CHANDLER, Ariz. — The City of Chandler is offering the community free guided tours of Chandler Municipal Airport.

Tours are offered one day each month, with three tour times available: 10:30–11:30 a.m., noon–1 p.m. and 2:30–3:30 p.m. Upcoming tour dates include Friday, Feb. 13; Monday, March 23, Friday, April 24 and Monday, May 18.

This unique opportunity allows residents, students and aviation enthusiasts to go behind-the-scenes and learn more about airport operations and the airport’s role in the nation’s aviation system. The tour includes a presentation from the airport’s manager, followed by an airfield overview and a stop at the heliport.

Space is limited for the one-hour tour (14 guests per tour) and advanced registration is required. Each attendee must complete the registration form individually online at Airport Tours. Additional monthly tours will be added to the website throughout the year.

Chandler Municipal Airport is located at 2380 S. Stinson Way. For more information about the city’s airport, visit Chandler Airport
