CHANDLER, Ariz. – Music lovers and nature enthusiasts alike gather for the return of the annual Sonoran Sunset Series, live outdoor concerts at the Veterans Oasis Park amphitheater. The free open-air concert series kicks off Oct. 17, offering attendees a unique balance of live music and nature under the starlit Chandler sky.
The Sonoran Sunset Series takes place on the third Thursday of the month from Oct. 17 to March 20 from 6-7:30 p.m. The series showcases local music groups from diverse genres and styles, dazzling attendees of all ages and musical interests.
“The Sonoran Sunset Series embraces the connection between live music and nature at this free alfresco event,” says Theo Anglin, Chandler Recreation Coordinator and event organizer. “It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, discover new music, or celebrate your favorite local bands.”
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs; food and small coolers are welcome. Alcohol is not permitted.
