To begin scheduling the repair for your damaged container:
- Acknowledge the collection parameters below
- Fill out the contact form
- Provide the type of damage to your container
- An e-mail from Solid Waste Customer Service will be sent to you within 2 business days with your scheduled date for repair.
If you do not receive an e-mail, be sure to check your “junk/spam” folder or contact customer service.
Important…Please note this will be the only notification you will receive regarding your scheduled date. If the container is not out or not empty a $26 fee will be applied to your utility bill. - Please note the container repair scheduled online will be between 7-14 days from submission.
