Request for Damaged Container Repair

To begin scheduling the repair for your damaged container:

  1. Acknowledge the collection parameters below
  2. Fill out the contact form
  3. Provide the type of damage to your container
  4. An e-mail from Solid Waste Customer Service will be sent to you within 2 business days with your scheduled date for repair.
    If you do not receive an e-mail, be sure to check your “junk/spam” folder or contact customer service.
    Important…Please note this will be the only notification you will receive regarding your scheduled date.  If the container is not out or not empty a $26 fee will be applied to your utility bill.
  5. Please note the container repair scheduled online will be between 7-14 days from submission.  For immediate assistance and earlier schedule options, please call 480-782-3510 during business hours.

The City repairs and replaces damaged containers at no additional charge when the damage is caused from normal wear and tear of collection services.

Containers will be repaired based on damage and parts available. If your container cannot be repaired, your container will be swapped with a replacement (refurbished or new).

Please review and acknowledge the following collection parameters:

  • my can must be out from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • my can must be completely empty.
  • If the container is burned, must call 480-782-3510 to schedule a replacement.
  • There is a charge to replace containers due to smell; please call 480-782-3510 to schedule.

It is recommended to leave an “Out for Repair” note on the container for neighbors, family, and HOA members.
