Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvements Plan:

Arizona Revised Statutes require the Land Use Assumptions (LUA) and Infrastructure Improvements Plan (IIP) be updated every five years.  The 2018-2028 LUA and IIP will replace the 2013-2023 LUA and IIP once it has gone through the public comment phase beginning October 12, 2018 and ending with adoption by City Council on January 24, 2019.  Opportunity to provide public comments will occur at the Public Hearing held during the City Council Meeting on December 13, 2018, as well as at the City Council Meeting on January 24, 2019.
