We will attempt to confirm that your activation will be completed on the date requested if you provide a daytime telephone number or voicemail number where requested below.
IMPORTANT: WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR REQUEST AT LEAST ONE BUSINESS DAY PRIOR TO THE DATE YOU NEED TO BEGIN WATER SERVICE. ACTIVATION FORMS SUBMITTED AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, AND ACTIVATION SCHEDULING MAY THEN BE DELAYED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY.
