Amended Citywide Utility Rates
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at Regular Meetings of the Chandler City Council held on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2026, and Thursday, January 22, 2026, the City Council approved an ordinance to amend certain Water, Wastewater, and Reclaimed Water utility rates with an effective date of March 2, 2026. The Fees related to solid waste utilities will be heard under the notice of intent listed below in February with the same effective date.

Notice of Intention to Amend the Citywide Fee Schedule
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposed amendments to the Citywide Fee Schedule, for the Cultural Development, Police and Community Services Departments, as well as fee adjustments for the Public Works & Utilities Solid Waste Division fees, are hereby posted and will be reviewed, discussed, and action taken at the regular meeting of the Chandler City Council held in the Council Chambers, 88 East Chicago Street, 6:00 pm M.S.T., Thursday, February 26, 2026. These proposed fee adjustments would be effective March 2, 2026.
A copy of the approved Citywide Fee Schedule is also available in the office of the City Clerk.
