Notice of Intention to Amend Citywide Utility Rates

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Regular Meeting of the Chandler City Council to be held in the Council Chambers, 88 E. Chicago St., on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2026, at 6 p.m., it is the City Council’s intention to amend certain Water, Wastewater and Reclaimed Water, and Solid Waste utility rates which will be effective March 2, 2026. A Public Hearing will also be held on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2026 at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chambers, 88 E. Chicago St., at 6 p.m. to hear and receive written comments regarding the proposed increase to certain Water, Wastewater, Reclaimed Water and Solid Waste rates.

A copy of the documents supporting the increase will be available in the office of the City Clerk commencing Oct. 16, 2025 and these documents are available at 2026 Utility Rate Changes. 

 

Notice of Intention to Amend the Citywide Fee Schedule

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposed amendments to the Citywide Fee Schedule, for the Cultural Development, Police and Community Services Departments, as well as fee adjustments for the Public Works & Utilities Solid Waste Division fees, are hereby posted and will be reviewed, discussed, and action taken at the regular meeting of the Chandler City Council held in the Council Chambers, 88 East Chicago Street, 6:00 pm M.S.T., Thursday, February 26, 2026. These proposed fee adjustments would be effective March 1, 2026
 
A copy of the proposed Citywide Fee Schedule amendments is available in the office of the City Clerk and Summary of Proposed New or Modified Fees.
