The argument filing period for the November 4, 2025 City of Chandler Special Election is July 7 thru August 6 at 5 p.m. There are four bond questions and two charter amendment propositions that individuals or entities can submit arguments for or against. Arguments are limited to 300 words, and there is $150 filing fee per argument. Arguments will be included in the Information Pamphlet along with the names of submitting individuals or entities. - Bond Question 1 – Enhance Chandler’s Park and Recreational Amenities to Improve Quality of Life in the Community
- Bond Question 2 – Enhance Chandler Fire Department Services and Response Through Improved Facilities and Equipment
- Bond Question 3 – Enhance Chandler Police Department Services and Response Through Improved Facilities and Equipment
- Bond Question 4 – Keep Chandler Streets Safe, Improve Traffic Flows and Reduce Commuter Times for Chandler Residents
- Proposition 410 – Charter Amendment Clarification of Term Limits for Councilmembers and Mayor
- Proposition 411 – Charter Amendment Regarding Appointment and Removal of City Manager

Ballot Argument Forms and Requirements
Each argument filed must contain the sworn statement of each person sponsoring it.
Individual Filing
If submitted by an individual and not on behalf of an organization, a political committee, or any other group, the person must submit the argument with a sworn, notarized statement.
Organizational Filing
If submitted by an organization, it must contain the sworn statement of two executive officers of the organization.
Political Committee Filing
If submitted by a political committee, it must contain the sworn statement of the committee’s chairperson or treasurer.
Information Included in Pamphlet
The names of persons or entities submitting written arguments will be included in the Information Pamphlet. Persons signing the argument must give their residence address and telephone number, which will not appear in the information pamphlet, except that the person’s city or town and state of residence will appear in the pamphlet.
