Chandler hosts community listening session on teen violence and behavioral health

CHANDLER, Ariz. – CHANDLER, Ariz. – Mayor Kevin Hartke invites the public to come together for a listening session to address teen violence and behavioral health in our community. The free event will be from 5:30 – 7 p.m. Monday, April 29, at the Chandler Nature Center, 4050 E. Chandler Heights Road.

Chandler Police will give an update on the issue from a public safety perspective, followed by an informative presentation from Dr. Paula McCall, president of Semicolon Society, highlighting resources and additional education on the topic. 

After the presentations, there will be breakout sessions to continue the discussion in an intimate setting.

Attendees are encouraged to register online at Chandler Listening Session, however, all walk-ins will be welcome.
