CHANDLER, Ariz. – Mayor Kevin Hartke and the city’s Neighborhood Preservation Division invite Chandler residents living in an homeowners association to the annual Chandler Mayor HOA Roundtable. The free event will be held from 4-5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17, at the ASU Chandler Innovation Center, 249 E. Chicago St.
The featured presenter will be Beth Mulcahy, Esq. of Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C., who will provide a Legislative update and its impacts on HOA communities. In addition, staff from Chandler’s Code Enforcement team will give an overview of top code violations in HOAs. After both presentations, there will be time for questions from attendees.
